At Atlantic House Plans we are a complete drafting and design company. From our inception in 1983 we offer Customer Service that is like no other. A very important part of the design process is to make sure to have as little waste as possible for your design. We have managed many customers projects for them.
Atlantic Drafting has designed many award-winning homes for many home owners thru out the country as well has many countries around the world. Atlantic Drafting Services has also designed many house plans for many builders in many areas.
Our house designs are in many neighborhoods thru out Virginia, North Carolina and many other States. We design all types of construction projects: room additions, carports, renovations, commercial, new homes, including projects for patented objects and much more.
When a project is designed, we consider where the home will be built. Taking into consideration area’s with high winds, and other areas with a lot of summer storms, along with beach houses, houses that require tall foundations, and other houses that are on stilts. When there are homes with basements designed with walk out basements, and others where the basements are entered through the front or side of the house.
Houses with garages attached or when the houses are built where the garages are on the foundation of the homes. There are many homes with detached garages, when the home owner opted for a detached garage having 3, or 4 garage doors.
We have designed plans for home owners and builders who wanted to use outer structures utilizing the ICF (insulated concrete forms); Metal Studding; Metal Framing; along with the Standard building products.

DESIGN AND PLANNING SERVICES, WE OFFER

-WHAT DOES HOME DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-
•    We take your sketches and ideas of what your needs and wants are and then we design your custom home.
•    The process usually consists of an initial meeting at our office to go over house plan ideas and up to two additional meetings to review the plan. Once the plan is completed.

-WHAT DOES THE ROOM ADDITION DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-
•    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design your addition.
•    The plans can be reviewed up to two times at our office.

-WHAT DOES THE ATTACHED GARAGE DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-
•    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design you attached garage.
•    The plans can be reviewed up to two times at our office. When the plan is completed, we will provide two sets of plans.
•

•    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design your detached garage.
